Our take
One of our goals here at The Playbook is to acquaint you with data and tools to help you maximize your prospects – and profits – in real estate. As we mentioned in a previous edition, one of the benefits of real estate investing is asset appreciation. You might decide to buy and hold a property for, say, five years and then sell it. But clearly, there’s a benefit to being extremely targeted about when you make that sale. That’s where this report from ATTOM comes in. It identifies the days sellers get the highest AND the lowest premiums above market valuations for single-family homes and condos, so use it to full effect.
